Energised by numbers and driven by real results? Then read on.
Big things are happening at Pubmarket. After winning several major international projects and boosting our digital footprint across Europe, we’re stepping up our game. We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for digital talent ready to turn strategy into traction and data into impact.
We don’t believe in checklists. We believe in mindset.
If you’re someone who connects the dots between data, creativity and measurable growth, you’ll fit right in as our next Digital Growth Engineer.
- Hands-on and 100% results-driven.
- You’ve got a strategic brain and sleeves-rolled-up energy. Defining KPIs that matter, not just metrics that look good.
- Paid media expertise (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Digital Out of Home).
- Campaign setup, targeting, conversion tracking, reporting & performance analysis.
- Data doesn’t scare you — it excites you. You see stories in numbers and move fast when they talk back.
- You live and breathe tracking tools like GTM, GA4, consent mode, feed management, and ROAS calculation.
- You’re curious, restless and always hungry for what’s next (AI, trends, tools…).
- You’re a team player with a good sense of humour — because we take our work seriously, not ourselves.
- A/B testing and conversion optimisation? Your second nature.
- Experience with growth sprints and experiment design.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM.
- Technical feel for pixels, tracking and server-side setups.
- You’ve dabbled in HTML/CSS or WordPress — that’s a plus.
- Google Ads or Meta certified? Perfect.
• Showing up without real digital marketing experience.
• Treating data like decoration instead of direction.
• Leaving strategy on slides instead of in action.
• Flying solo — we grow as a team.
- A culture where you learn fast, experiment often and grow even faster.
- An office just off the highway — easy to reach.
- A flexible mix of cosy home office days and energetic office vibes.
- Free coffee (hot in winter, iced in summer).
- A sunny terrace for unhurried lunch breaks.
- Lunchtime walks to clear your head.
- Monthly afterworks to connect and unwind.
- Extra trainings to sharpen your skills
- Digital events and inspiration sessions to stay ahead.
