The Growth Scan is a complimentary service offered by Pubmarket NV. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Eligibility and right to decline. The Growth Scan is intended for businesses actively running digital marketing at meaningful volume. Pubmarket NV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or discontinue a Growth Scan request — including but not limited to cases where there is insufficient digital activity, no operational website, a conflict of interest, or no clear fit between your needs and our services. We will inform you if this is the case.
2. Nature of the deliverable. The Growth Scan is an indicative, high-level analysis based on a limited set of inputs and a fixed time investment. It is not a full audit, certification, or exhaustive review of your digital marketing. Findings are based on the data and access made available to us at the time of the scan and on our professional judgment.
3. No guarantees. Pubmarket NV provides the Growth Scan on a best-effort basis and gives no warranty as to completeness, accuracy, or the commercial outcome of any recommendation. Any decisions you take based on the findings are made at your own risk and responsibility.
4. Data access and confidentiality. If the scan requires access to analytics, advertising accounts, or other systems, you agree to grant such access voluntarily and only for the purpose of executing the scan. Pubmarket NV will treat all information obtained as confidential and will not use it for any purpose beyond delivering the Growth Scan, except in anonymised or aggregated form.
5. Intellectual property. The output of the Growth Scan (report, recommendations, presentation) remains the intellectual property of Pubmarket NV. You receive a non-transferable right to use the findings internally within your organisation. Sharing the output with third parties — in particular competing agencies — requires prior written consent.
6. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pubmarket NV's liability in connection with the Growth Scan is limited to gross negligence or wilful misconduct. As the Growth Scan is provided free of charge, no financial compensation can be claimed in respect of the scan itself.
7. Commercial follow-up. Submitting this form does not create any obligation, on either side, to enter into a paid engagement. Pubmarket NV may use your contact details to follow up on the scan and to share relevant commercial information, in line with our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. General terms. Pubmarket NV's general terms and conditions apply in addition to the above. In case of conflict, these Growth Scan terms prevail for matters specific to the scan.
