Flexfurn, the Belgian manufacturer of foldable and stackable furniture, launched two brand new, innovative product lines under its X-design label: the LAZE and FLOW collections. Advertising agency Pubmarket! came up with a concept, organised the launch event and took care of press relations.
To introduce the new collections, Pubmarket! selected the impressive E-Lounge at Deurne Airport, a gorgeous event location, perfectly tailored and easily accessible for international clients. Pubmarket! started with a concept that was linked to a detailed schedule. Experience played a key role. The guests could see the new collections on stage and even feel, smell and test them.
The entire event was based on the concept and schedule. Pubmarket! took care of the brand activation and event marketing, including a campaign image, the e-invite, the keynote speech, the presentations, the catalogue with the new products, etc. The organisation was top notch, too: the sound & light, the video crew, the decoration of the hall, catering, the right presenter, even the parking service and reception were taken care of.
Pubmarket! supported the launch with a proactive approach to the international trade press. Because Flexfurn exports a large portion of its products to the United Kingdom and neighbouring countries, we created an exhaustive press file with all online and offline professional magazines in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. On the day of the presentation, each journalist received a press file in the right language in his mailbox, including high-resolution photo material of the new collections.
