2014 was an important milestone for the Prik&Tik chain. The drinks specialist celebrated its 30th anniversary in great style by fusing with rival Cobeli. An important merger on the Belgian drinks market: together, the groups account for more than 144 members and a turnover of more than 130 million euros.
With a well-attended press conference, advertising agency Pubmarket! ensured that the 30th anniversary of Prik&Tik, as well as the merger with Cobeli and the positioning of the organisation, all received wide press coverage.
And of course, no anniversary is complete without a party: Pubmarket! took care of all event communication such as the invitation, the video for 30 years of Prik&Tik, the PowerPoint presentations and the professional presentation of the party by Annemie Ramaekers.
The thirtieth anniversary was a great opportunity for creative brand activation efforts in the different stores via the Prik&Tik folder and POS material. Through content and contests on the community Facebook page, ‘Daar Drinken We Eentje Op’, created and maintained by Pubmarket!, more than 25,000 fans joined the celebrations with Prik&Tik.
