After two years of intensive preparation - market research, business model, product range, site architecture, UX design, development, logistics and fulfilment – the online shop prikentik.be went live early 2018.
For strategic reasons, the online shop started out independently. We are currently investigating whether and which marketplaces can be enabled to give the volume an extra boost.
In 2018, shortly after the go-live, the main focus of the communication was on advertising the new online shop. To do so, advertsing agency Pubmarket! especially used online media: YouTube, Google Ads and display bannering, plus national radio.
This year, communication is more action-oriented. In addition to the media of 2018, e-mail marketing is also used to the more than 370,000 customers who have already entered the loyalty programme.
